A friend recommended Blair Cadell after we had a less than stellar meeting with another solicitor to start our home purchase, and we are so glad they did. Adele guided us through every step of the process in a very efficient and timely manner, and made the whole process so much easier than it might have been. We will definitely be going back to Adele for any future property purchases and I don't think I can really give any praise higher than that.

Its been absolute pleasure working with Blair Cadell, i am a first time buyer and had so many questions coming to my head all the way through the offer and purchase process, Jamie Sole had patiently answered all questions and clarified my doubts everytime i reached out to him, he is awesome, Jemma Thomson was helping me with bidding the offer and getting the communication going until it is confirmed, appreciate her help. I returned to Blair Cadell after using their estate agency around two decades ago and having a distant memory that I was happy with their services. Robin may have recently retired, but it didn't matter and I'm glad I trusted my gut. Efficient and friendly, and with other badly timed life stuff stressing me out, they helped alleviate any worries I had and explained processes and legalities when asked.
