For ‘Payment Reference‘ please you add an invoice number, file reference or property address (eg the address of the property you are selling or buying). 

Debit Card payments can be accepted for any purposes.

We cannot accept Credit Card payments in respect of property purchase price amounts, as your mortgage lender may view this as unauthorised additional lending. 

Clearance time for payments to our account is 5 business days.

For added security you may be asked by your card provider to complete a secondary security check (eg text verification) before completion of your payment.

Blair Cadell also accept payment by cheque (payable to “Blair Cadell Solicitors”) or direct bank transfer (details on request)
