Their service has been excellent throughout: friendly, very efficient and professional, with a personal touch that I suspect you would not get in a larger firm. They really went above and beyond in undertaking marketing and conveyancing work for the flat I sold twice after a buyer withdrew at a late stage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blair Cadell and will hopefully be using their services again in the future.

I returned to Blair Cadell after using their estate agency around two decades ago and having a distant memory that I was happy with their services. Robin may have recently retired, but it didn't matter and I'm glad I trusted my gut. Efficient and friendly, and with other badly timed life stuff stressing me out, they helped alleviate any worries I had and explained processes and legalities when asked.
