Its been absolute pleasure working with Blair Cadell, i am a first time buyer and had so many questions coming to my head all the way through the offer and purchase process, Jamie Sole had patiently answered all questions and clarified my doubts everytime i reached out to him, he is awesome, Jemma Thomson was helping me with bidding the offer and getting the communication going until it is confirmed, appreciate her help. And Adele Chisholm who took care of the final processes in terms of verifying the title deeds, checking if relevant approvals for any modifications are in place, getting documents signed etc.., she is kind of busy one in between pile of documents but she did help when i needed to speak to, appreciate it. I returned to Blair Cadell after using their estate agency around two decades ago and having a distant memory that I was happy with their services. Robin may have recently retired, but it didn't matter and I'm glad I trusted my gut. Efficient and friendly, and with other badly timed life stuff stressing me out, they helped alleviate any worries I had and explained processes and legalities when asked. Third party services were also efficient and professional, and property sold within the first week of viewing. Related pic, reflective of how peaceful I felt about it all late one evening. Blair Cadell handled both the sale of our flat and purchase of our new house. Jamie and Jemma in the Harrison Gardens were excellent throughout the whole process. Ours was not an entirely straightforward sale so we were heavily reliant on the expertise at hand, and felt very confident in the advice we were given which was always delivered promptly and with much appreciated transparency. I did feel once we got to the conveyancing stage and were then dealing with the other office that response times were a bit slow, which sometimes left us wondering if everything was ok, but the work was always being progressed in the background and all the interactions we had were friendly and uncomplicated. Ultimately I would definitely recommend using Blair Cadell for sale, purchase or both!

Contacted Blair Cadell after an awful mishap with another solicitor who left me feeling very unconfident. So, so glad I ended up using Blair Cadell, a blessing in disguise really. Not only is their customer service amazing (shout out to Jamie and Ross), but they also really know how to guide you through the buying/selling process. Even if your main point of contact is out of the office, other members of the office quickly and easily pick up any questions or queries you may have (rather than having to wait for them to come back or having to explain what stage you are at etc.). My 'chain' fell through when selling my property, and Jamie at Blair Cadell had it back under offer with another buyer the very same day. Cannot recommend them enough.
