I recently used Blair Cadell for the purchase of one property and the sale of another. Their service has been excellent throughout: friendly, very efficient and professional, with a personal touch that I suspect you would not get in a larger firm. They really went above and beyond in undertaking marketing and conveyancing work for the flat I sold twice after a buyer withdrew at a late stage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blair Cadell and will hopefully be using their services again in the future.
