We went with Blair Cadell for our property sale and purchase and couldn't be more happy with the job they've done. We were working with Adele mostly, with Keri covering when Adele was unavailable; their advice, support, and willingness to dive into the details was truly fantastic. Issues arising on the sellers side made our purchase more complex than expected and they handled it expertly, communicating often, and investigating situations and options to achieve what we hoped for from the purchase. Their service has been excellent throughout: friendly, very efficient and professional, with a personal touch that I suspect you would not get in a larger firm.
