Shandon buyers and sellers have had a pretty busy late summer this year with the EH11 property hot-spot continuing to flourish - shrugging off the pandemic and despite all the other challenges of the day; and it looks as if the trend will be continuing through the autumn.
There's been an average home report value of £306,000, and a strong average sale price of £324,120 in the area - that's just under 6% over home report value. And for sellers, the average time to sell has been a mere14-21 days.
