January listings are up by as much as 40% year-on-year and sales up by 70%. The rise in listings has made homes slightly more affordable. The market for sellers continues to be strong, with continued shortage of supply.
Conditions have certainly improved for buyers over the last two quarters - and that is despite the ongoing uncertainties in the political sphere.
