We recently acted for the Martin family in the sale of a property in the popular Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. Like most of us, and by their own admission, they viewed their property through 'rose-tinted spectacles'.

The property was on the market a total of 3 weeks, 15 viewers attended within the first week, an offer was received within a week and missives concluded one week after that. An excellent outcome for the Martin family, who listened and acted on the advice given to them. If a seller is given the correct advice and adopts the right marketing approach then their property is much more likely to attract a buyer.
