Earlier this year ESPC asked solicitors to complete the SPC Scotland Solicitor Survey in an effort to gauge market sentiment across Scotland. With over 200 responses the results have now been analysed with 8 out of 10 solicitors active in the property market forecasting a continued rise in sales. Two thirds said that they also expected prices to rise, but the majority said that they believed the rise will be modest - less than five per cent.
